1. Terms of Sale and Refund Policy

 

By completing a purchase through the Icy Pot CBD website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of sale, including the understanding that the products purchased contain cannabidiol (CBD) derived from hemp oil. These products are intended for topical use only and are not evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Icy Pot CBD makes no medical claims regarding the efficacy of its products. You are purchasing these products based on your own evaluation and understanding of their potential benefits.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Damage During Shipping

 

We take great care in inspecting all products before they are shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right.

 

To report shipping damage:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Send a detailed description of the damage, along with photos of the damaged product and packaging, to icypotCBD@gmail.com.

  • Please do not discard the damaged product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

 

Once the damage is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
     

4. Refund Processing

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
